When 200 dogs gather at Faneuil Hall, it’s surely to be chaotic. But when there are pit bulls in tutus, dachshunds dressed as hotdogs, and golden retriever “Linebackers”, who’s to complain about all the barking? For the third year in a row, dogs and their owners pulled out all the stops at Faneuil Hall’s Halloween Pet Parade & Costume Contest hosted by Magic! 106.7, which took place in Faneuil Hall’s West End on Sunday, Oct. 24. Prizes were awarded to the top three Best of Show, Best Owner & Pet Combo, Best Local Representation and Most Creative as selected by a panel of judges. Although the dogs might have been just as content to give the nearest labradoodle dressed like a giant pumpkin a good sniff, munch on a dog treat and call it a day.
